Why host Rebirth with us

• The exact pair, installed for you: game V2.6 (b14) plus Rebirth 2026.07.02 with the 17 July fix. Pick it under Overhaul modpacks on the Mods tab of your server's settings, and the server comes up with all of Rebirth loaded.
• EAC handled: Rebirth runs code that EasyAntiCheat blocks, so we turn EAC off for you. That also turns crossplay off, because console players can only join servers with EAC on.
• The same files for every player: Rebirth ships code, textures and prefabs a server cannot send to players, so everyone installs the same build. We keep that exact build, and the fix, on our download mirror, linked from your panel.
• A new world, the way Rebirth wants it: this build is not save friendly. Choose Random map in Settings and the server generates the world with Rebirth installed, so you get its own POIs and the Moonlock scenario.
• Full control: live console, Telnet, a file manager with zip upload, and FTP for the config files Rebirth keeps its own options in.

How much server Rebirth needs

Rebirth is one of the heavier overhauls. Players on its Discord have reported about 12 GB of memory with one player connected, growing by roughly 2 GB for each player who joins, and 17 to 18 GB with three players out questing. Plan L suits a small group; for more players, or for long horde nights, take Plan XL.

What players need on their PC

1. Remove older Rebirth files from the game's Mods folder.
2. Download the build from the mirror link in your panel and extract it into Mods.
3. Download the fix, also linked in your panel, and copy its two files over the ones in Mods/zzz_REBIRTH__Utils.
4. Start the game with EAC off and check that Rebirth shows in the main menu before joining.
