Do not place a land claim block within 100 blocks of a Town, City, Lobby or Horde base. Do not build a horde base in a town or city. It disrupts the loot respawn and blocks other players from looting. Any land claims placed within the 100 block dead zone will be removed and the player's character will be wiped. A 2nd offense will result in a ban.
Players can build in a house prefab but be aware that some prefabs reset to default and if you lose everything, we will not replace it. Therefore, we advise players to build their own base.
Don't be an asshat! We'd rather have an empty server than a server full of asshats. Asshats will be banned, period!
