A21 Upgrade Guidelines

If you are a current user Please Download your World File in case you wish to go back to it. Under MANAGE tab you will see Files&Mods And you can download your world from there. 2] Go to Configure Tab and you should see Distributions & ModPacks. In there, you will see an installer for A21. Once the Process is complete the server should fire up and you are good to go just double-check your configuration. And remember you need to start a fresh save to best experience the new version.

Admin

If your trying to add admins to the server one way to do it is while your logged into your game server. Tab over to the web control panel and look at the web console. Get your Player ID Number (171 for example) then in the web console. admin add 171 0 After that go back to your game and hit F1 to see if you can cm and dm. If so you can save the world. You can add your friends in the server the same way. ===

Step By Step Upgrading your Darkness Falls Server

1] Manage Server >> Files & Mods >> Download your world.zip file 2] While on the same page Click on CONFIGURE >> Distribution & Modpacks — Activate the Install for DF and Alpha 20.6 3] Make sure to download and install from https://supercraft.host/files/darkness-falls-a20-main-v4.04.zip and upgrade the DF Files on your Computer. 4] Once the install is done. Upload your Map (Manage >> Files & Mods) Once installed, Activate and restart your server 5] ENJOY

File Transfer Protocol – is a program that allows you to connect to your server and upload multiple items at once. FTP Access is available on L and XL servers. A freeware FTP Client is called FILEZILLA

Prefab Installations

Staff

Our Staff Entails 2 Senior Admins and 1 Support Staff Member. NHCaptain is General Support Staff while the Senior Admins are 7d2d.net and MondayGuy. Please try not to DM staff unless they request it. Please try to create a ticket for Any Support related needs. Support Tickets can be created from the #open-ticket channel.

CHECKING SERVER STATUS

If you are getting this error when you log in to your account Please create a Support Ticket and post your email and “My server is at Checking Server Status” and we will look into it asap. This sometimes happens when one of our servers has an issue and locks down. We will work to correct the issue asap and get things back online.

Upload your Map (Manage >> Files & Mods) Once installed, Activate and restart your server 5] ENJOY The Makers of 7 Days to Die and the Makers of War3zuk do not guarantee world compatibility. Download your world as a safety measure and have a backup just in case.

Whitelist

If you are using a Password to Join your Server you do not really need to use WHITELISTING. Whitelist is on your control panel under PLAYERS if you list anyone for ALLOWED players then your server is Whitelisted. Remove all users from Allowed Players and the Whitelist is OFF
