How to change region for my server?

Question:  “Is there any way I can change the region for my server? It’s currently set for the East coast and would like to pick the West one?”

Answer: Yes, it is possible. Please follow the process:

1. Log off the server.
2. Send an email to support@supercraft.host with a request for changing the region. Please specify your subscription ID and the target region.
3. Wait for reply from the support. Do not manage the server as it may impact the data integrity if changes are being made while it is in the process of migrating.
