To get required information for FTP access, 

Go to My servers > Details

Scroll Down

You will find FTP access info in Server details: 

Telnet access 

To get required information for Telnet access, 

Go to My servers > Details

Scroll Down

You will find Telnet access info in Server details: 

You can also turn on/turn off Telnet: 

Go to My servers > Configure 

Scroll down and find Telnet section: 

Check the box to turn on Telnet.
