Problem

I am getting red text in my console in-game and am stuck on starting the game. The server says I am connected and my friends can join just not me.

Explanation

The game server process tends to corrupt player data files. It is not determined when/why it happens, but it has not been fixed since A20.

Solution

The only solution is to either delete the files or to restore them from a backup copy. In our admin panel you have a tool to automate this painful process. You need to click “Backups/Fixer” button.

Then your data and backups are being pulled.

Finally, you can pick the player you want to fix:
